Erinn Flandreau

Erinn is a Seattle-based UX Researcher dedicated to creating impactful, user-centered products. In her current role at UserTesting, she provides end-to-end research services to uncover key insights for clients across diverse industries. In her previous role as a CX Researcher and Designer at the venture studio Portfolio T, Erinn led 0-to-1 product research where she designed and evaluated new business concepts, delivering actionable insights that shaped product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.

Erinn holds a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University. As a former educator in underserved communities and designer of sustainability-focused international travel experiences for students, Erinn is passionate about leveraging human-centered design to create systemic change and improve people's lives. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor adventures, photography, and baking.
